Abstracts oral sessions Guidelines

• 10 minutes presentation 
• 5 minutes questions from the audience
• 3 minutes for speakers change 

Chair will evaluate the Oral Session according to: 

• Originality of the topic 
• Presentation of the scientific issue and objectives 
• Clarity of materials and methods 
• Argumentation of the discussion 
• Precision of scientific language 
• Oral fluency – diction 
• English 
• Slide text 
• Iconographic quality 
• Response to questions 
• Interaction with the audience 
• Respect for speaking time

The winner’s name will be disclosed at the Closing Ceremony, on Friday. 

 Printed Posters Guidelines

The Poster is required to be printed :

• On portrait orientation  
• On paper
• 94cm wide x 160cm high
•  

There are two designated poster areas at the congress:

• Poster Area 1: Posters #1 to #27
• Poster Area 2: Posters #28 to #54
•  

Please refer to your poster number to ensure you hang your poster in the correct area.

Directional signage to both poster areas will be available on site.
