The École Nationale Vétérinaire d’Alfort (EnvA) is a public higher education and research establishment under the supervision of the French Ministry of Agriculture. Its main and historic site is at Maisons-Alfort in the Val-de-Marne. EnvA is also present in Normandy (Goustranville, 14) with a center for imaging and research into equine locomotor disorders (CIRALE)1.

Established on the Alfort site in 1766, it is the oldest veterinary school in the world still on its original site.
